The flat folded cartons with inner are withdrawn form the magazine by vacuum & opened. The intermittently working transport chain passes the cartons on to the different processing stages. Initially, the base of the carton is closed by heat sealing the liner and by folding and gluing the carton flaps. After the cartons are turned over, they are transferred to the filling area at the far and of the machine. The cartons are then filled using whatever filling device is best suited to the particular product, such as static liquid filling devices auger-type filling machines or similar standard equipment. The top of the carton is closed in the same way as the carton base. The cartons now filled and closed leave the machine individually for further packaging process.
